Working hours
Your clock, agreed before anyone starts.
Manila runs on UTC+8 — the same clock as Perth, all year. The eastern states sit two hours ahead in winter and three once daylight saving begins, so “Australian hours” means different things in different months and different states.
Employees align their hours to the client’s needs, and current delivery has included AEST and AEDT hours. The agreed pattern goes into the role brief rather than being left to work itself out.
